Übung 4: ein möglicher Plan

Gegenstand

She wants readers to see unpaid internships as unfair: she starts with one case, shows who really pays, and her images and repetitions make the injustice hard to ignore.

strategies

story of three students as opening (ll. 1–6) · „I have come to think“ – personal voice (l. 6) · concession + „But“ (ll. 8–10) · companies‘ argument turned around (ll. 16–20) · „we“ includes readers (ll. 21–25) · ends with a question to the reader = title (ll. 25–27)

language

„Nobody … Nobody“ short sentences (l. 5) · „opportunities“ in quotation marks (l. 8) · locked door metaphor (l. 10) · anaphora „It is paid for by“ (ll. 12–15) · „Yet“ contrast pride / reality (l. 23) · „quietly“ (l. 23)

Typische Fehlgriffe
